100 gmselbow pasta
1 litrewater
1 teaspoonsalt
5onions
4tomatoes
ginger
chopped
1green chilli
1 teaspoongaram masala powder
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonturmeric powder
1 teaspoonkashmiri red chilli
1 teaspoonjeera seeds
or cumin
1 ½ cupswater
for gravy
2cheese slices
2 teaspoongingelly oil
tomato sauce
or pasta sauce accordingly
Instructions
Step 1
For Boiling: Add the pasta in the boiling water with the salt for 10-12 minutes! After the boiling is complete strain the water and drizzle the pasta with oil so that the pasta doesn’t stick!
