Pre-heat oven to 425
Step 2
Slice all veggies and kielbasa to about 1/4 inch thick

parsnips3
carrots3
sweet potatoes2
kielbasa2 polska
Step 3
In a large bowl, toss veggies with enough oil to coat the veggies, italian seasoning, onion powder and garlic salt.

onion powder1 Tbs
garlic salt1 Tbs
Step 4
Bake 45 minutes uncovered, or until the carrots are tender.
Step 5
Serve hot and enjoy!
