Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil- add in pasta and cook according to box instructions.

2. Add prosciutto to lined baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes until crispy. Once pasta is cooked- let cool and add to a large bowl. Add in cherry tomatoes, bocconcini, basil, spinach and crumbled crispy prosciutto. In a mixing jar- combine all dressing ingredients (olive oil, balsamic, honey, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt & pepper) and mix together until combined. Dress salad with dressing and top with balsamic glaze and black pepper.

3. Toss salad until pasta is evenly coated with dressing.
