Step 1
Pour the chicken broth into the rice cooker
low sodium chicken broth½ cup

In a small bowl, stir together the paprika, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper

italian seasoning1 ½ teaspoons
garlic powder½ teaspoon
onion powder½ teaspoon
salt½ teaspoon
black pepper¼ teaspoon
Step 3
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken and gently rub it onto the meat. Place the seasoned chicken breasts into the rice cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or high for about 2 hours, or until chicken is cooked through to 165° F in the center when tested with an instant-read thermometer
Step 5
Let chicken rest for 5-10 minutes. Chicken breasts may be served as is, or sliced or shredded before serving
