Instructions
Step 1
Take half of an avocado and scrape the contents into a bowl. Smash the avocado in the bowl using a fork. Add 2 tsps of olive oil into the bowl. Add the seasonings and stir until the olive oil and seasonings are mixed throughly with the avocado.
Step 2
Put bread in toaster.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat a skillet on medium heat with 3 tsps olive oil or butter to prevent the egg from sticking.
Step 4
Put avocado mash on toast.
Step 5
If you want your egg **scrambled**, crack the egg into a bowl. Add milk or water. Whisk it with a fork until fully combined. Add salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture into a pan. Layer cheese on top. Let the egg and cheese sit for a few seconds. Fold and stir the eggs from outside to inside. Continue cooking, folding and stirring the eggs every few seconds. Make sure to scrape the bottom of the pan to keep from sticking. Remove from heat once the eggs are nearly set with only a little liquid remaining.
Step 6
If you want you egg **fried**, crack your egg right into the pan. Let it cook for 3 minutes
Step 7
For sunny side up, remove from pan once white is set.
For over easy, flip the egg and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 8
For **over medium**, flip the egg and cook for 1 more minute.
Step 9
For **over hard**, flip and cook 2-3 minutes more.
Step 10
