Ingredients

500glean pork mince
50gbreadcrumbs
fresh
ginger
2.5 c m, grated
0.5red chilli
deseeded and sliced
2garlic cloves
lime zest
4 Tbspcoriander
chopped
200gjasmine rice
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Mix pork mince, breadcrumbs, ginger, garlic, chilli, lime zest, and half coriander. Shape into 20 patties about 5cm in diameter.
Step 2
Fry patties in an oiled pan on 5 mins each side until brown and cooked.
Step 3
Mix sauce ingredients with 125ml water. Pour this over the patties in the pan and cook for two minutes, turning the patties over to glaze.
Step 4
Stir remaining coriander in with cooked rice, and serve patties and glaze on top.
