Pre make rice
Step 2
Fry garlic over medium low heat in large stir fry pan

Add rice, ginger powder, carrots, peas, kimchi, soy sauce, and sesame oil, raise heat to medium high, and stir fry until warmed.
Step 4
Make a well in the center and add egg whites, mix in once opaque
Step 5
Make another well in the center for every serving, spray with avocado oil, and add eggs in wells to fry
Step 6
Serve with 1 tbsp chili paste, 2 scallions, and sesame seeds
