1 ciupercachampignon
6frunze de spanac
mari, sau 2 pumni de spanac baby
1 catelusturoi
3 linguricus-cus
sos de rosii
1 linguraulei de masline extravirgin
amestec de legume
bio
boia de ardei dulce
usturoi granulat
Instructions
Step 1
Curatam legumele, le taiem cubulete, tocam ceapa si pisam usturoiul.
Step 2
Punem totul intr-o tigaie/cratita, mai putin spanacul, adaugam 2 cani de apa, condimentele si uleiul, acoperim cu un capac si lasam sa fiarba inabusit.
Step 3
Cand sunt aproape gata, adaugam si sosul de rosii, spanacul taiat marunt si cus-cus-ul, acoperim iar si mai fierbem timp de 5 min.
Step 4
Dupa aceea, scoatem capacul, marim focul si lasam sa scada aproape toata zeama.
