Step 1
Slice veggies as you like

Grill paneer on a pan without oil

Rub paneer with piri piri seasoning
Step 4
Assemble all veggies in a bowl, adding the mint mayonnaise, black pepper and salt to taste and add the grilled paneer on top
Step 5
Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on top and serve
