1 tspginger paste
½ tspred pepper flakes
1 Tbsphoney
1 Tbsprice vinegar
3 Tbspsoy sauce

Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together stock, turmeric and garlic. Add to a rice cooker with rice and start.
Step 2
Brown beef and onions. Add vinegar, ginger and red pepper. Drizzle with honey and pour on soy sauce.
Step 3
Serve beef mixture atop rice with a side veggie like steamed broccoli or edamame.
