Added another clove of garlic and more salt. Used regular olive oil and only added 1 tbsp instead of 2.
Was good for ~3 days kept in fridge. Next time I make it I'll probably half the recipe.
Good flavour, went great to eat alongside some carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers.
