Step 1
This breakfast casserole is so good! And, it can be made with sausage, ham, or bacon of your choice.
Step 2
Spray a casserole dish with canola oil spray. Then, for the bottom layer, place your hashbrowns. Depending on the size of your dish and hashbrowns, amount of hashbrowns will vary; as well as other ingredients.
Step 3
On top of the hashbrowns, place your cooked bacon.
Step 4
Using a fork, whisk your eggs in a small bowl.
Step 5
Add milk to the eggs.
Step 6
Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the bacon. Then pour on your eggs.
Step 7
Put in the oven for about 30 minutes to 45 minutes.
