Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the poha in water. Repeat 2-3 times.
Step 2
Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar to the poha. Mix well and set aside
Step 3
Chop the onions and chilli. You can also add potato if you like.
Step 4
Put a pan on the stove, and pour some oil. One hot, saute and onion
Step 5
Once the onion is transparent, add the chopped chilli
Step 6
Add tumeric powder and chilli powder
Step 7
Mix in the poha immediately before the masala gets burnt
Step 8
Add peanuts and coriander leaves (optional)
Step 9
Sprinkle some water and let cook for 1 minute
Step 10
Serve hot
