If you're looking for the best flavor combo to tickle all your taste buds, look no further than this chicken and fries wrap drenched in Algerian and garlic sauce. It is so simple yet so satisfying. Feel free to make it your own and add lettuce, tomato, pickles etc. This is a base model (and honestly is perfection as is). As for the sauce, very popular in France and Belgium, this sauce right here will take any sandwich from ordinary to extraordinary! It is a mildly spicy creamy sauce with the crunch of fresh chopped onions and the freshness of cilantro. It is a must have and pairs extremely well with chicken in a sandwich. If you are one of those with an aversion to cilantro, feel free to replace it with parsley and remove the coriander.

Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the Algerian Sauce by mixing together all the ingredients listed above and set aside.
Step 2
Slice and marinate the chicken breasts per chicken breast prep ingredients listed above. Allow to marinate in the fridge as long as you have patience (no more than 3 days though).
Step 3
Peel and cut potatoes into large french fries. Fry them in batches (not over crowded) in hot oil until golden in color and cooked through.
Step 4
While potatoes are frying, in a large pan, place the chicken slices to cover the pan. Do not overcrowd them to allow them to brown on each side. Once cooked through and browned, remove, set aside and place more chicken in the pan until all the chicken is cooked.
Step 5
Prepare the large tortilla, place a tablespoon of garlic paste, the chicken, the fries, and then 2 tablespoons of Algerian sauce in the wrap. Wrap it like a burrito, and place in a pan flipping until all sides of the tortilla are golden.
Step 6
Enjoy with a soda because a sandwich this good requires a carbonated drink to finish it off ;)
