A very easy way to add heaps of flavor to salads pasta fish and other dishes is to pre prep and marinade feta then simply use as needed . Here are two of my favorite flavor combinations

Step 1
Wash and sterilize two mason jars ( use boiling water to clean to get rid of bacteria and germs ) now dice two blocks of feta cheese and divide them between the jars

Step 2
In one jar add a bashed clove of garlic sliced sun dried tomatoes dried chillies oregano and 1 cup of olive oil. Put the lid on then shake to mix the ingredients around

Step 3
In the other jar add grated lemon zest a bashed garlic clove dried Italian herbs and sliced black olives then add 1 cup of olive oil seal and shake . I marinade in the fridge overnight then I store in my cool dark basement but a dark cool
Cupboard will do also . If keeping in the fridge leave then come up to room temp . Once opened use within a week
