Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken on all sides
Step 2
Brown chicken in skillet on medium low heat
Step 3
Add 1/3 cup of water to chicken add lid
Step 4
Cook on medium low for 15-20 minutes, until chicken cooked through

Remove chicken, set aside. Drain liquid to bowl and save.

Heat 1 TBS oil add rice to toast
Step 7
Add dry seasoning to warm with rice.
Step 8
Add chicken broth and the rest of the ingredients. Don't stir to much. Just enough to mix.
Step 9
Add chicken liquid, chicken legs and onion. Bring to simmer. Add lid, cook on lower heat for 22-25 minutes.
