Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven at 180 °C .
Step 2
Clean and season the fish with salt, then cool in the fridge, and chop the onions thinly sliced.
Step 3
Put the fish after that at room temperature, Sprinkle with olive oil, place lemon slices on top and bake in the oven until the fish flesh becomes easy to mash. (Approx 15 minutes).
Step 4
Meanwhile, saute the onions and garlic in vegetable oil to become yellow in color.
Step 5
Slowly pour the lemon juice and water over the tahini, and (you may add more lemon juice) pinch of salt, and Stir the mixture well until it becomes a creamy mixture.
Step 6
Mix the sautéed onion with the sauce, in a oven tray, pour it over the fish, put it into the oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 7
After that, the fish and onions have absorbed some of the sauce and the fish is completely done.
Step 8
Sprinkle pine nuts and parsley on top then serve.
