Step 1
Heat butter in deep frying pan and gently fry onion for 5 minutes
Step 2
Turn up heat and add spices, fry for 2 minutes
Step 3
Stir in tomato puree
Step 4
Add kale, chickpeas, and coconut, bring to a simmer and steam for 10 minutes
Step 5
Add oatly and mango chutney
