Step 1
Trim stems of the broccolini. Season a large pot of water with 1/4 cup sea salt and bring to a boil. Place broccolini in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Immediately transfer to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Stir together dressing ingredients until well combined. Poor dressing over blanched broccolini.
