Instructions
Step 1
1. Add oil to a frying pan and cook onion and garlic until tender 2. Add cherry tomatoes with 1 tbsp water and cover for 5 minutes or until you can pop the tomatoes with back of wooden spoon
4. Mash all the tomatoes and then add tomato paste and cook for 1 minute before adding cream and seasonings and mix well
5. Cook pasta according to instructions reserving some pasta water
6. Add some pasta water into the sauce to loosen before adding sauce and parmesan to pasta and mixing well
