Step 1
1. 豬扒解凍,浸淡鹽水30分鐘,之後印乾

拌勻豬扒醃料,醃豬扒,加油
Step 3
切蔥綠,加1/4 tsp 調味,加1 tsp生抽
Step 4
切乾蔥,爆香蔥油
Step 5
用油拌勻豬扒,開細火,油熱後落豬扒,骨向鑊中間
Step 6
反面,慢火煎至熟
