Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and roll into 2 inch balls. (Consistent size is important so that they cook at the same rate)
Step 2
Place in a 9x13 pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until browned.
Step 3
To freeze: Bake as normal, allow to cool then place in freezer bags. To serve just defrost and reheat. If simmer in sauce, they may be placed in slow-cooker frozen and cooked for several hours.
