Crispy, crunchy chips. Can probably be made with other vegetables, but I don't know how it will turn out.

Instructions
Step 1
Pour a little olive oil on a pan and heat it on medium-low temperature.

Step 2
While the pan is heating, wash the lettuce and kale. Chop the kale, and separate each lettuce leaf.

Step 3
Roast the lettuce and kale for about three minutes, or until it is crispy - but not burned. Be aware that the stem might not cook through, so you might want to cut it in half lengthwise and cook the lettuce on the side.
