This has got to be one of my favorite most flavorful weight loss meals! So much volume for the amount of calories, these kind of meals are perfect for weight loss as they keep you full for ages and plus it’s absolutely delicious🤌🏽🤤

For the chicken marinade:

300gchicken breast
cut into cubes

1 heaped tsppaprika

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsporegano

1 TspTurmeric

1 tspcumin

1 tspcinnamon

1 tspsalt

pepper

0.5lemon juice
Garlic sauce:

100glow fat yogurt
creamier the better

1 tspgarlic
fresh minced, crushed

½ tspsalt

pepper

0.5lemon juice

Instructions
For the chicken marinade:
Step 1
Mix all if the color doesn’t change add more seasoning!










Step 2
Cook for 3-4 mins on medium high heat till golden brown
Garlic sauce:
Step 3
Blend till smooth





Yellow rice:
Step 4
Cook it With spices





Cucumber salad:
Step 5
Chopped cucumber and tomato and mix with the garlic sauce


Serve with:
Step 6
120g cooked rice per serving / Lettuce / Red onion mixed with sumac or lemon juice / Pickles / Cucumber salad / Generous amount of garlic sauce
