Coarsely chop 1½ cups of chopped, marinated carrots, place them in a high-powered blender or food processor, and puree. Add 3 tablespoons well-stirred tahini and process once more to combine, then, with the motor running, pour in 2 tablespoons of the marinade. If you go the food processor route, let the motor run for several minutes to achieve the smoothest possible consistency. Taste for seasoning before serving.
