Delicious and fluffy pancakes make them this weekend for your family and start the day off right.
—ingredients—
-2 and 1/2 cups flour
-1/4 cup sugar
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 tablespoon baking powder
-2 eggs
-1 tablespoon vanilla extract
-4 tablespoons melted butter
-2 cups milk

Put a nonstick Skillet on medium heat pour the batter to form whatever size pancakes you want. Cook the bottom until bubbles form on top and you see the bottom is golden flip and cook the other side for about 1 minute or until golden and enjoy.
