Instructions
Step 1
Start with boiling the noodles as instructed
Step 2
In the mean time, cut the chicken into cubes of size according to your own liking

Heat the sesame oil into a wok pan
Step 4
Add the chicken to the pan together with a pinch of lemongrass. Bake until golden brown

In the mean time, cut the (stalks of the) bok choy and add it to the chicken
Step 6
Finely cut the chili and add to the pan together with the sugar, curry, fish- and oyster sauce. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Step 7
Optional: if the sauce turns out to be too watery, add a teaspoon of cornstarch to the mixture
Step 8
Finely chop the cashews. Serve the chicken over the noodles and top it with the cashews
