You will need!
(For marinate the prawns)
π300g jumbo prawns washed and cleaned
π1 Tbs saffron (soaked few saffron 1 tbs spoon water )
π1/4 tsp Turmeric
πSalt for taste
π1 tsp Chilli powder
π1 Tbs Kashmiri chilli powder
π1 tsp Cumin powder
π1 Tbs Greek yogurt
π1 /2 tsp Garam masala
π1 Tbs ginger and garlic powder
π1 Tbs oil
π1 1/2 Tbs butter to sautΓ© the prawns

For the makhani sauce you will need!
π1 /2 medium onion chopped
π1 /4 Tsp cumin seeds
π2 Green chilli
π1 Tbs oil
π1 /2 Tbs ginger and garlic chopped
π1 medium tomatoes chopped
π1/2 cup Tomato paste or sauce
πEnough salt
π1/4 Tsp turmeric powder
π1/2 Tsp chilli powder
π1/2 Tsp kashmir chilli powder
π1/4 Tsp cumin powder
π1/4 Tsp Garam masala powder
πDrop of rosΓ© essence
π1/2 cup Soaked cashews
π1 Tbs Cup Greek Yoghurt
π1 /2 Tbs tomato ketchup
π1/4 Cup double cream
π1 /2 tsp Kasuri methi
π1 /2 Tbs butter (optional)
