1.5 lbssweet potatoes
peeled and chopped
½ tspitalian seasoning
½ tspseasoning

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F

2. Place the sweet potatoes in a large pot with just enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.

3. Drain and mash, then season with Dan-O’s & Italian seasoning.
Step 4
4. Heat up the olive oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Sauté the onions for 3-4 minutes, then add in the garlic and cook for another minute or so.
Step 5
5. Add the ground turkey and cook until the meat is cooked through, 165F.
Step 6
6. Stir in the tomato paste, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and chicken broth. Simmer for a few minutes until the liquid is reduced, then stir in the peas.
Step 7
7. Spread the meat mixture into an 11x7 baking dish. Add mashed sweet potatoes on top and spread it evenly across the top.
Step 8
8. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
