Ingredients

1 tablespoonsdijon mustard
or to taste
1 tablespoonshoney
combination
1 tablespoonsbrown sugar
0.5jalapenos pepper
minced about 1 tablespoons or more adjust to taste
2 tablespoonsred wine vinegar
or freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoonminced garlic
1 teaspoonhot sauce
caribbean, adjust to taste
2 tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil
6 cupsnapa
cored and shredded, savoy , green and / or red cabbage
1mango
large, ripe, peeled, sliced or julienne
1 cupshredded carrots
2scallion
diced, more or less
white pepper
to taste
¼ cupparsley leaves
minced
½ cupnuts
almonds, sun flower seeds more or less nut
salt
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all the dressing ingredients in a jar or bowl; honey, the hot sauce, mustard, white pepper, garlic, vinegar, lemon, Jalapeños pepper, and olive oil : Shake like crazy -to emulsify for about 2 minutes. Set aside. Be sure to shake it before each use.
Step 2
Arrange Cabbage, Coleslaw, Carrots, scallons, mago in a bowl.
Step 3
Add dressing to salad and toss to coat right before serving.Sprinkle with parsley and almonds
Step 4
You may chill at this point. Serve when ready

I thought it wouldn't taste good, but when I tasted it it was amazing delicious. I'm not a cole slaw person and never have found a good recipe. This is the best recipe that I've found. I don't like the creamy cole slaw so this is perfect. I did substitute a few things because I didn't have them. I used reddish instead of carrots, horseradish mustard instead of Dijon mustard, amd coconut sugar instead of brown sugar. Plus I used chili flakes instead of all the hot sauce. It still came out delicious even though I substituted a few ingredients.
