Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450. THingly sicle 1/2 garlic. Combine garlic tomatoes and 1/2 vinegar 2 tbsp olive oil, spices nad sand p. Roast 14-16 min. Crush half the tomatoes. Meanwhile, cut corn, mince garlic, pick herbs and chop.
Start Orzo. Sautee the corn and garlic then add orzo and 2 1.4 cups water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10-12 min , Occasionally stirring. In medium bowl make the salsa verde. Combine herbs, remaining vinegar, 1tbsp oil, pinch of spice and snp. Finish the orzo with chesse and butter and remaining spices. Plate togetherb
