Step 1
Cook and drain pasta
Step 2
Huge glue of oil in cold frying pan. Add garlic and fry gently for a couple of minutes over a medium heat to infuse the oil with flavour but not colour the oil.
Step 3
Add the cayenne pepper and chilli. Stir then add the prawns and fry for a couple of minutes.
Step 4
Mix with the pasta, garnish with parsley and serve.
