Instructions
Step 1
Chop one of the onions very finely and saute in the margarine.
Step 2
Stir in the curry powder and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring all the time.
Step 3
Add the hot water and salt. When the hot water boils put in the remainder of the ingredients.
Step 4
Cover the saucepan and simmer slowly until the vegetables are tender, about one hour. Serve with boiled rice.
