300gturkey breast
diced
2onions
2garlic cloves
3peppers
1red chilli
can chopped tomatoes
Chicken stock
pot, or vegetable
Can kidney beans in chilli sauce
Can black beans
200gkale
2tbsp chipotle Fajita spices 1 tsp of each or use chipotle tin
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl Coat turkey in spices
Step 2
Fry chorizo then add turkey on medium heat
Step 3
Add onions garlic peppers chilli tomatoes and kidney beans
Step 4
Simmer for 25 mins
Step 5
Add kale and chilli or baked beans for another 10
