Step 1
Cook the rice over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Once the rice is cooked add all ingredients, except chia seeds to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth for about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with little chia seeds.
