Instructions
Step 1
Bring a medium saucepan to a boil. Add fresh green beans and cook about 5-7 minutes until crisp tender.
Step 2
Drain green beans.
Step 3
Hear a skillet to medium and add olive oil. When hot, add drained green beans and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add chopped garlic and stir fry another 2 minutes, stirring to mix in garlic.
Step 5
Add balsamic vinegar and allow the vinegar to reduce by half by simmering on medium low heat for about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add sugar, salt and pepper and stir in. Serve.
