Instructions
Step 1
Beat 1/2 an egg in a small bowl.

Step 2
Mix beef mince and breadcrumbs.


Step 3
In a medium bowl, mix together your mince and the whisked egg until evenly combined.

Shape into a burger patty and dust with flour. - be sure not to make it too thick, or too thin.

Step 5
Prepare tomato, onion and lettuce and cheese. Slice the tomato, onion and lettuce.




Step 6
Spray pan with oil and heat to a medium temperature.

Step 7
Add beef patty and cook for 5 minutes on both sides, or until cooked through. Place to the side and cover in foil. Do not keep flipping.
Step 8
Slice the sesame seed bun in half, butter, and place buttered side down in the frying pan to toast. Remove once golden.

Step 9
Carefully assemble the burger, ensuring ingredients do not make it soggy.
Step 10
Present on a plate and take a photo.
