Instructions

Step 1
For dressing, whisk vinegar, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper in medium bowl until blended.
Step 2
Whisk in olive oil and vegetable oil in thin, steady stream until well blended.
Step 3
Divide spinach among four serving bowls.
Step 4
Top evenly with tomatoes, oranges, pecans, cheese, onion and cranberries.
Step 5
Sprinkle with rice noodles and sesame seeds.
Step 6
Drizzle each salad with 3 tablespoons dressing.
Step 7
Tip: To make glazed pecans, combine 1 cup pecan halves, 14 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon butter and /2 teaspoon salt in medium skillet; cook and stir over medium heat 5 minutes or until sugar mixture is dark brown and nuts are well coated.
