Instructions
Step 1
Line a small rectangular baking dish with baking paper.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, tahini, maple syrup and cinnamon.
Step 3
Use a spatula to evenly spread the yogurt mix across the lined baking tray, the bark should ideally be no more than 1cm thick.
Step 4
Gently press the raspberries, pepitas, cranberries into the top.
Step 5
Place the tray into the freezer to set for a minimum of 4 hours.
Step 6
Remove the tray from the freezer and slice or break into shards.
Step 7
Keep stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
