Double Chocolate Banana Bread

Banana bread is a great dessert for a crowd, and this healthy chocolate banana bread is a great way to still feel your best at sweets time. Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350F, and line a bread pan with parchment paper. Spray the inside of the paper as well
Step 2
Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mash a banana. Add the rest of the wet ingredients to the bowl and mix

Step 3
Fold in the chocolate chips

Step 4
Transfer the batter to the lined pan
Step 5
Cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 350F for 55 minutes. You can also bake them as 32 mini muffins for 16 minutes
Step 6
Let cool completely in the fridge for about an hour, then slice
