Step 1
Sautee onion first, then add garlic , pepper, basil and oregano
Step 2
When garlic becomes yellowish add mussels
Step 3
When mussels open up add wine and after 5 minutes add tomato sauce.
Step 4
Let simmer for another 5 minutes
