Quick and Easy Mussels Recipe

I didn't have any white wine or basil. I used chicken stock and a shake of the lemon juice bottle and some sautéed (what the garlic) shallots instead. I was fairly liberal with the pepper flakes (from a habanero and ghost pepper mix from my garden). First try at mussels and they came out great!
