Step 1
Cover the bottom of a pan with olive oil
Step 2
Add garlic and parsley to cook
Step 3
When garlic becomes yellowish add mussels
Step 4
When all the mussels are open you can add 1-2dl of white wine and some pepper. No need for salt because mussels release their juice which contains sea salt
Step 5
Cook for another 5-10 minutes and serve
