Instructions

Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients in a gallon baggie and leave 30min at least or up to 24 hours.

I loke making my own Spanish Rice but you can also just get any of the boxed at the store. 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon butter 1 cup jasmine rice the boxed 5 minute one 1/2 cup chicken broth or stock 1/4 cup pureed Salsa 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin ½ teaspoon garlic ½ teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon salt

Start Black Beans

Heat the pan (I typically use a cast iron) for the steak, I like to put 2 tablespoon of butter in the pan but its not needed. Cook steak to doneness prefered. I also put the onions, chilis and garlic in the pan to have it cook more into the meat.
Step 5
Creat bowl with all toppings that you like and enjoy.
