Instructions

Step 1
briefly marinade shrimp in sake, adding a pinch of salt. (optional step)
Step 2
coat shrimp in potato starch
Step 3
fry 5 min (? she doesn't say) until golden brown
Step 4
mix mayo, ketchup, milk, honey and vinegar in bowl, then toss cooled shrimp in sauce.

finely chop or shred cabbage
Step 6
put grainy mustard on both pieces of bread (2 per sandwich)

put on cheese (ripped into small pieces to evenly cover both pieces of bread)
Step 8
put a good handful of the shredded cabbage on each sandwich
Step 9
using a spoon, put each shrimp separately on the sandwich with a little bit of the sauce
Step 10
put top of sandwich on, and then put both sandwiches in a hot pan. use a lid a little smaller then the pan, and press the sandwiches down until you hear sizzle.
Step 11
flip sandwiches and repeat lid maneuver.
