Sunday Morning French Toast
This fluffy, sweet French Toast will be a staple of your brunch spread.
French toast has never looked (or tasted) so good, thanks to this simple, but mouthwatering recipe from Follow Your Heart’s VeganEgg Cookbook.

Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together VeganEgg powder, ice-cold almond or soy milk, sea salt, cinnamon, allspice, cardamom, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and oil. Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened, about 1 minute. Set aside.

Step 2
Pre-heat griddle or pan to a medium-high heat. Grease griddle with additional oil. Coat each slice of bread in batter letting excess drip back into bowl and then place on hot pan or griddle.
Step 3
Cook until slightly golden, about 3 minutes. Flip and cook for about another 3 minutes, or until golden.

Step 4
Serve warm and top with real maple syrup and fresh fruit of your choice.
