Instructions

Step 1
Cut chicken into small cubes.
Step 2
Place butter in pan and heat on medium/low.
Step 3
Add in chicken, garlic powder, and pepper.
Step 4
Cook until color of chicken starts to change and add salt.
Step 5
While chicken is cooking, place frozen poblano, sour cream, chicken bouillon, and milk into blender and blend well.
Step 6
Pour sauce over the chicken in the pan and bring to a light boil.
Step 7
Add salt to taste and pour in frozen corn.
Step 8
Simmer on low for 5-10 minutes.
Step 9
Serve with/over rice.
