Step 1
1. Gather all ingredients (berries, mangos, bananas, chia seeds, honey, milk, yoghurt) together aswell as your blender.

2. Prep the fruits/ingredients up into their specific proportions (cups/tbsps)

3. Add the berries, bananas and mangos into the blender, however do not turn on yet.
Step 4
4. Pour in your milk and honey and gentle turn on the blender until there are no chunks, everything is smooth and there is a thick consistency.
Step 5
5. Finally, once all ingredients are blended, add the chia seeds and pulse it gently for 3 seconds.
