Ingredients

boiled rinsed
6 ozsalami
cubed
8 ozAsiago cheese
cubed, any hard cheese would be good- mozzarella would be good too
0.5red onion
finely diced
4mini seedless cucumbers
sliced and halved
5 ozcherry tomatoes
quartered
0.5 ozfresh basil
finely sliced
6garlic stuffed green olives
sliced and halved, could omit and replace with 2-4 cloves of fresh garlic minced
3 Tpepperocini
mild to medium, I buy pre-sliced Mezzetta Golden Greek
2 Tvinegar
balsamic, red or white wine vinegar preferred, I like LOTS of vinegar You could reduce this to 1:1 ratio if preferred
1 tolive oil
1lemon
Juice of, lime is ok if you don’t have lemon
¼ tblack pepper
½ tItalian herb seasoning
if using fresh herbs like basil you could omit this
¼ tgarlic powder
red pepper flakes
if you want it spicier
