Step 1
After cutting up chicken add the olive oil to the chicken cubes and mix until lightly coated

In a small bowl mix paprika, garlic powder, basil, chilies and salt.
Step 3
Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the chicken cubes and mix well.
Step 4
Add the chicken to a large skillet sprayed with Pam. Cook for 3 minutes turn and continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes.
Step 5
For the sauce:

In a blender add the milk, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, basil and chilies. Blend until smooth.
Step 7
Pour blended sauce in the skillet covering the chicken. Heat slowly.
Step 8
Add the fresh spinach, cover and cook for a couple minutes.
